What Clients Have Shared With Us
Accounts gathered from clients following the conclusion of their cases, shared with permission.
Siriporn Rattanaporn
Retired teacher, Bangkok
"I came to Yuttitham after spending nearly a year trying to understand why my pension was lower than I expected. The eligibility review took about three weeks, and the written summary they provided finally made everything clear. I understood, for the first time, exactly what I was entitled to and why there had been a shortfall. The adviser was patient throughout and never made me feel rushed."

Anuwat Thammasak
Former engineer, Pathum Thani
"The representation service was exactly what I needed. I had a hearing at the Social Security Office and frankly had no idea how to prepare for it or what to expect. Yuttitham handled everything — they prepared all the documents, briefed me beforehand, and attended with me. The update I received afterwards was clear and explained the next steps fully. The process took about two months from start to finish."

Pattaraporn Kongkaew
Civil servant, Nonthaburi
"I was apprehensive about involving lawyers in what felt like a family-adjacent matter, but the mediation was nothing like I feared. The session was calm, structured, and both sides felt genuinely heard. We reached an agreement I was comfortable with after two sessions. I would not have known mediation was even an option without speaking to Yuttitham first."

Weerayuth Somjit
Small business owner, Bangkok
"The fee was transparent from the beginning, which I appreciated. No surprises. The eligibility review identified a gap in my employer's contributions that I genuinely had no idea existed. Whether anything comes of it still remains to be seen, but at least I now understand the situation clearly."

Nucharin Chaiwat
Nurse, Samut Prakan
"I had contacted two other law firms before finding Yuttitham, both of which gave me vague answers and asked for large retainers up front. Yuttitham told me what would be included for the fixed fee before I agreed to anything. My case was straightforward in the end, but it was good to know from the start exactly what I was committing to."
July 2025 · Eligibility Review
Boonsong Lertchai
Retired bank officer, Bangkok
"The representation case took around three months. There were moments where I was uncertain what was happening, but the team always responded within a day when I sent a query. The hearing itself went steadily. The outcome was not everything I had hoped for, but Yuttitham explained the result honestly and set out the options that remained. That honesty was something I valued."

Client Journeys in Detail
Three accounts that illustrate how our services work in practice. Names have been changed at the request of the clients involved.
Eligibility Review
Understanding a Reduced Pension Payment
The Situation
A retired manufacturing employee in her early sixties was receiving pension payments noticeably lower than her colleagues with similar work histories. She could not identify why, and the pension office correspondence she had received was written in technical language she found difficult to interpret.
What We Did
Yuttitham conducted a full review of her contribution records spanning seventeen years. We identified a three-year period during which her employer had submitted contributions under an incorrect classification, resulting in lower accrual. The findings were set out in a written summary with a clear explanation of the discrepancy and available remedies.
The Outcome
With a clear picture of her situation, the client was able to decide whether to pursue a formal correction — which she subsequently did with separate representation. The review took nineteen days from document submission to delivery of the written summary.
"I finally understood what had happened. That alone was worth the fee."
Dispute Mediation
Resolving a Pension Dispute Within a Family Business
The Situation
A former employee of a family-run business was in disagreement with the business owner about unpaid pension contributions from the final two years of their employment. Both parties wished to avoid a formal proceeding, but direct conversations had broken down.
What We Did
Yuttitham facilitated two structured mediation sessions over a period of six weeks. We prepared a summary of each party's position before the sessions, managed the structure of the conversation, and ensured both sides had equal time to express their perspective without interruption.
The Outcome
An agreement was reached at the end of the second session, covering a phased payment plan for the outstanding contributions. Both parties signed a written record of the agreement. No formal hearing was required.
"We reached an outcome we could both accept. That was not something I expected."
Representation
Presenting a Reclassification Case to the Social Security Office
The Situation
A retired professional had applied for a pension reclassification following a change in the applicable fund rules. The Social Security Office had declined the initial application without detailed explanation, and the client was unsure how to respond or whether a further hearing was appropriate.
What We Did
Yuttitham reviewed the declined application, prepared a formal resubmission with additional supporting documentation, and attended the resulting hearing with the client. We briefed the client fully beforehand on what to expect and what questions might arise.
The Outcome
The reclassification was approved at the hearing. The full process, from our initial review to confirmation of the decision, took eleven weeks. The client received a written summary of the outcome and the practical steps that followed from it.
"Having someone in the room who understood the procedure made a real difference."
